⚠ End of Lifecycle Announcement – UBIK Xamarin Client

Microsoft officially ended support for Xamarin on May 1, 2024. As a result, the UBIK Xamarin Client will no longer be actively developed or maintained.

Last available version: UBIK Client 4.9 (Xamarin)

Mobile platform requirements are evolving:

  • April 2025 – Apple requires apps to be built with Xcode 16 and the iOS 18 SDK.
  • August 31, 2025 – Google Play requires apps to target Android 15 (API level 35).

Because Xamarin does not support these newer SDK requirements, future updates of the UBIK Xamarin Client are no longer possible.

Successor:
The new mobile application is UBIK Go (Version 5.0 Mobile), built on .NET MAUI. All future mobile development will be implemented in UBIK Go.
