UBIK Preset Service

The UBIK^® Preset Service delivers user-preset mappings to connected clients (Android, Windows, Web, etc.). The client requests general settings as well as the settings for a specific user (or user group), and the user can chose from a set of presets the web service delivers.

Due to convenience or even security reasons users should not be able to enter any configuration settings ont the client, instead they are bound to a set of predefined settings. These settings can be administrated centrally and are provided by this web service. The web service URL must/can be configured on the mobile client.
