A MetaProxy is a definition object for a set of [[Proxy]] objects.
A MetaProxy is a specialism of MetaClasses having a new ClassType "MetaProxy". It defines the structures for the interface representatnts representants (Proxies) for Ubik {{UBIK}} Objects.
There is a new MetaClass RootMetaProxy from which all MetaProperty objects should derive.
