It is used to scan id markers and if an object for the current id marker exists a pop-up dialog will be shown. If there is a match for the scanned id marker in the local database then, a pop-up dialog will be shown. Also the object should contain the marker id property. If a dialog is shown and the object has a geo location on the dialog will contain two icons will be shown, one for navigating to the content browser and the other to navigate to the location. Otherwise just the navigate to content browser button will be shown.
