The following requirements are checked to enable a Metaproperty [[MetaProperty]] to be added to a Metaclass[[MetaClass]]*The [[MetaProperty]] must have a valid name*The [[MetaClass]] may not have a [[MetaProperty]] with the same name*The [[MetaClass]] may not inherit a [[MetaProperty]] with the same name*None of all the Derivates of the [[MetaClass]] may not have a [[MetaProperty]] with the same name*The [[MetaClass]] must be editable
