Changes
* Fixed an issue where images with the same height & width got rotated 90 degrees after saving.
* Fixed an issue where document items do not get properly refilterd in a expression based filtering list.
* Fixed an issue where new annotations might be lost on PDF documents if you exit annotation mode too fast right after creation (e.g. by activating hotspotting mode).
