Improvements:
* When saving a Bulk Editor to the Environment, only changes are taken into account - if the content was previously loaded from the Environment - resulting in a faster saving performance.
* Refactoring: Query scopes now use scoped meta properties (just as the meta class scope) instead of only using scoped query items. Just drop a meta property on the query scope to add it.
