* PublishCommissioningWallpaperJob was corrected and now doesn't have to be executed 2 times for the Comissioning Tasks to get linked to the Operations.

* The Milestone calculation logic for the states "PreCom Done" and "PreCom- Ready" was corrected.

* The AdminTool was improved to securely encrypt database connection credentials, ensuring sensitive configuration data remains protected from unauthorized access.

* Fix to Progress Task showing progress calculation bigger than 100 or smaller than 0.

* A problem in calculating the progress and weight for grouped tasks is fixed now.
