An {{UBIK}} object of type has alternative view can be used for presenting its child objects in an alternative list not depending on the usual hierarchy. When browsing to this object, the alternative view can be selected - and all objects if type [[SYSCLS_ALTERNATIVEVIEW]] with the property set object's UID will be displayed as an alternative child list. This classification always has to be used in combination with [[SYSCLS_ALTERNATIVEVIEW]], which marks the alternative child objects as an alternative child of this {{UBIK}} object.
