In order to sign a pdf document within the UBIK mobile application you need an installed pdf reader on your mobile device.

The signing of a pdf document will be explained in following steps:

1. Open an existing pdf document underneath of the assigned object (Pict. 01)




2. Click on any position in the pdf document in order to see the MENU BAR (Pict. 02)




3. Click the EDIT BUTTON in the MENU BAR in order to open the EDIT MENU BAR (Pict. 03)




4. Choice the SIGNING ICON in the EDIT MENU BAR (Pict. 04)




5. Choice the SIGNING ICON in the EDIT MENU BAR (Pict. 05)




6. Zoom the pdf document and than click at the position you want to place your signing (Pict. 06)




7. Write your name in the SIGNING WINDOWS and than click SAVE (Pict. 07)

In addition you can change: - stroke width

- colour

- transparency


8. Your signing is still movable, deletable and adjustable in size

A final save of your signing as part of the document will take place if you upload the document to the server
