In order to sign a PDF document within the UBIK^® application use the Adobe Reader for your particular mobile device. If this application is installed correctly any PDF document opened from within the UBIK^® appplication can be edited and signed as shown in this video (signing starts around 2:30)

Editing and signing PDF documents

The modified PDF document will overwrite the original document, having the signature as additional content.
