Purpose Get an item from a dictionary

The GetFromDictionary activity gets and returns an item, specified by an unique key, from a given dictionary. If the data type of the returned item is known, the GetFromDictionary<T> activity, with a generic type argument, should be used.

Arguments

Argument Type Direction Purpose
Dictionary IDictionary<String,Object> In The dictionary containing the items
Key String In The item's key
Result Boolean Out True if item has been found
Value Object Out The item returned

Usage

This activity gets and returns an item, specified by its unique key, from the given dictionary.
