In UBIK®, a BaseProperty is a single feature on a ContentClass or rather of a certain Instance object. A BaseProperty is described by a MetaProperty and holds values specific to the instance. The corresponding MetaProperty is assigned to the MetaClass the ContentClass is derived from.
